What we build
Commercial Renovation Services
One team for the whole project: design, permits, construction and closeout for businesses across Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Every space has a different job to do. A restaurant lives or dies by its kitchen, a retail store by how it shows product, and an office by how well its people can work. We match the approach to the business, so each service below comes with its own planning process, code considerations and schedule, instead of a one-size-fits-all package.

Services FAQ
Quick answers before you call
What commercial renovation services do you offer?
We renovate restaurants, retail stores, offices, banquet and event venues, medical and dental practices, hospitality properties, industrial space and multi-tenant buildings. We also provide design and project management, preconstruction and estimating, and multi-site rollout programs.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Ellicott City, Maryland and serve Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia and Pennsylvania, including the Baltimore–Washington corridor, Northern Virginia and south-central Pennsylvania.
Do I need separate contractors for design and construction?
No. We can build from your architect’s drawings or manage design for you, so layout, permits, budget and construction are coordinated by one team.
Are you licensed?
Yes. We are licensed, bonded and insured (MHIC #170055). Licensing rules differ by state and locality, so we confirm what applies to your project before we start.
How do I get a price?
We visit the space, review your goals and provide a free, itemized estimate. Starting with preconstruction lets you settle scope and budget before committing to construction.
Can you work while my business stays open?
Often yes. We phase work by area, schedule noisy tasks after hours and protect occupied spaces. Some scopes, like kitchen rebuilds, are better done during a closure, and we tell you which approach fits.
